Return & Refund Policy

At Soarfly, we are committed to providing reliable pressure washers, car cleaning equipment, and after-sales support for customers across the Philippines.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review the return and refund conditions below.


1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return under the following conditions:

Eligible Return Reasons

  • Product arrived damaged during delivery
  • Manufacturing defects or functional issues
  • Wrong item received
  • Missing parts or accessories
  • Product significantly different from order description

Non-Eligible Return Reasons

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Minor cosmetic packaging damage caused by shipping
  • Improper installation or misuse
  • Damage caused by unauthorized modification or repair
  • Normal wear and tear after usage

2. Return Request Window

Return requests must be submitted within:

  • 7 Days after successful delivery for damaged or incorrect items
  • 14 Days for verified manufacturing defects

Requests submitted beyond the allowed period may not qualify for return approval.


3. Condition of Returned Products

To qualify for a return:

  • Product must be returned with original accessories and packaging
  • Product should not contain intentional damage or heavy misuse
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Photos or videos may be requested for verification

Soarfly reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet inspection standards.


4. Return Shipping Responsibility

For Approved Seller-Fault Returns

(Defective, damaged, wrong item)

  • Soarfly will cover the return shipping cost
  • Replacement or refund will be arranged after inspection

For Customer-Initiated Returns

(Change of mind or non-quality-related issues)

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping fees
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

5. Refund Processing

Once the returned product passes inspection:

Refund timelines may vary depending on local banking systems and payment providers.


6. Replacement Policy

For approved defective products, customers may choose:

  • Spare parts replacement
  • Partial refund
  • Full refund (if replacement stock is unavailable)

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally non-returnable:

  • Used consumables
  • Free gifts or promotional items
  • Customized orders
  • Clearance or final-sale products
  • Products damaged by improper voltage connection or water misuse

8. Inspection & Verification

To reduce fraudulent claims, Soarfly may request:

  • Unboxing video
  • Product serial number
  • Delivery label photos
  • Functional testing video

Failure to provide requested verification may delay claim processing.


9. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment processing.

Once an order has been dispatched from the warehouse, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted.
